RFID technology achieves second level, accurate, and batch collection of vehicle information in warehousing and logistics through non-contact automatic identification, greatly improving scheduling efficiency and management transparency. In key processes such as vehicle entry and exit, loading and unloading, and on-site scheduling, RFID systems can automatically record core data such as vehicle identity, entry and exit time, and task status without manual intervention, building the "first perception entrance" of intelligent logistics.

1、 How to achieve "fast" collection?
Traditional manual registration or camera recognition is limited by factors such as queuing, obstruction, and lighting, while RFID has the following speed advantages:

Millisecond level response: When the vehicle enters the recognition zone (usually 6-10 meters), the reader completes tag recognition within 0.1 seconds, much faster than manual input or image recognition processing.
High speed mobility support: The system can recognize vehicles with speeds up to 300 kilometers per hour, fully meeting the frequent entry and exit needs of vehicles in warehousing and logistics.
Batch recognition capability: It can simultaneously read the tag information of multiple nearby vehicles, avoiding congestion and missed collection during convoy traffic.
2、 How to ensure "accurate" collection?
RFID eliminates human errors and environmental interference from the technical bottom, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of data:

Unique identity binding: Each RFID tag has a globally unique ID number that cannot be tampered with, fundamentally preventing cheating behaviors such as counterfeiting and forgery.
Multiple verification mechanism: The system can automatically compare the vehicle ID read by RFID with information such as license plates, vehicle models, and task orders in the database. Any abnormalities will trigger an alarm.
Anti interference design: Adopting anti metal and high temperature resistant tags (such as UT9124 model), it can work stably even in complex environments such as rain, fog, dust, and metal carriages.
